The Great Masquerade

This machinima video was produced as a final project for a music course, where the assignment was to take a short clip of video and create (or replace) the accompanying soundtrack for it. I decided to film a scripted event within the MMO "World of Warcraft", find a few willing guildmates to voice act, and select a few choice music pieces that fit the mood. While the movie's editing is subpar, the entire process was extremely enjoyable as I explored an artform that, at the time, I didn't even realize was a recognized one.

Sims 2 machinima: Working on a small team consisting of two others, our job was to take a social situations training video (in this case, on sexual harassment in the work place) and use the game Sims 2 to imitate/reproduce it. I was responsible for all game-related setup and the filming.sims2.gif
